I’m currently on New Moon. I’m attempting to read slowly, as I have to wait to be paid this week before I can purchase Eclipse, but I’m not doing such a hot job at restraining myself.

I remember exactly where I was when my mom told be Jim Henson died (Pepe’s Pizza, after school, Glendale NY May 1990). I had read about his memorial service on Wikipedia a while back, and this week I found a few clips from it while looking for something else. I managed to keep my shit together until the very end of this second clip
There are others. The one involving Big Bird/Carrol Spinney barely getting through “Bein’ Green” is a tough one.
