I remember exactly where I was when my mom told be Jim Henson died (Pepe’s Pizza, after school, Glendale NY May 1990). I had read about his memorial service on Wikipedia a while back, and this week I found a few clips from it while looking for something else. I managed to keep my shit together until the very end of this second clip
